Your host, Lutfi Oguzcan, is an award-winning chef who turns local produce and organic vegetables from the hotel’s gardens into sumptuous meals of your choice, be it European gourmet dishes, exotic seafood, or traditional Turkish cuisine – all supplemented from the well-stocked bar.

Although Biber Evi means Chilli House, chillis are only used sparingly in certain dishes to complement the subtle flavours that Lutfi creates for you (watch Lutfi talk about his chillie pepers and his hotel garden). After a day on the beach or exploring historic sites such as Troy, the timeless charm of romantic Biber Evi will seduce you with its unique character. Relax on the terrace, lulled by the scents of herbs and flowers from the garden, as you enjoy another perfect sunset, sipping one of Lutfi’s extensive range of malt whiskies.
