With more than fourty varieties of trees and many other plants and shrubs our little garden creates a rainbow of colours for you to enjoy whatever the season.
We gather our organicly-grown vegetables and salads on the day of serving. The fruit trees not only provide beautiful vistas, they also contribute our table.
Most important crop is of course “chilli”! We do deserve our name. We grow around thirty different varieties of chilli with different degree of heat, shape and colour. And we make jams, pickles, chutneys and sauces; some we serve fresh, some smoked.
