With more than 40 varieties of trees and many other plants and shrubs our little garden offers a rainbow of colours for you to enjoy whatever the season.

We gather our organically-grown vegetables and salads on the day of serving. The fruit trees not only add to the beautiful view, they also contribute to our table.

Chilli
One of our most important crops is, of course, chilli! We deserve our name.

At Biber Evi, we grow around 30 different varieties of chilli with different degree of heat, shape and colour, from which Lutfi, your host, creates jams, pickles, chutneys and sauces – some are served fresh, some smoked.
