In order to establish a culture of chilli pepper in Turkey, we hold an annual chilli festival on the first weekend of September. We put all varieties of chillies on show, give recepies with chillies and share information on how to grow and prepare chillies.

The owner and chef of our hotel, Lutfi Oguzcan, won an award in Best Turkish Meze Competition held by Efe Raki with “Thin Slice of a Fat One”(which is dry cured, spicy tuna fish steak).
